Sikh new year's resolutions for Sarbat Khalsa 2016

Reprentatives of the Panth from around the world will deliberate this week on action items from the Sarbat Khalsa 2015 resolutions, including challenges to the Sikh nation, self sovereignty, freeing the Akal Takhat, organization of Sarbat Khalsas and formation of the World Sikh Parliament.

The World Sikh Conference will be attended by well-known scholars, historians, activists and advocates and will take place in Melbourne, Australia, from March 10 to March 13, to mark the Sikh New Year on March 14.

The outcomes of these deliberations are expected to be incorported into the resolutions for Sarbat Khalsa 2016 to be held on Vaisakhi, April 14, near Takhat Damdama Sahib.
